The Service is a multi-language vocabulary learning application that utilizes AI technology and a Spaced Repetition System (SRS). Users can register, study, and review words across multiple languages. Features include AI-powered translation suggestions, flashcard study, mind maps, voice and photo input, and more.
An account is required to use the Service. Please provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (email address, password, etc.).
If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or to third parties who hold legitimate rights.
Copyright for content created by users through the Service (word data, notes, etc.) belongs to the users. However, we may use such content to the extent necessary for providing and improving the Service.
We may change the content of the Service or suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to changes, suspension, or termination of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee, either expressly or impliedly, that the Service is free from defects, whether factual or legal.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of translation results from the AI translation feature. Please use them as reference for your learning.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We may modify these Terms as we deem necessary without notice to users. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
